When You Uplevel π¦

When you uplevel in your business and life, it's important to stay vigilant and cultivate TRUST!!!
Upleveling is a shaky state: one foot in the old identity, habits, thoughts, desires, and energy, and the other foot is in the new. That's where doubt is the most prominent.
Don't lead yourself and your choices from the state of "in-between" - actually lead yourself from the person you are becoming. Think like her/him/them, Be like her/him/them, Act like her/him/them.
I used to mess up the in-between states so much, focusing on the confusion that often arises and the results that I am creating but not yet seeing.
That's where TRUST comes in and leading yourself when proof is still in the making.
Because
π΄ you are the co-creator
π what you think, feel, do matters
π‘ make yourself unavailable to the old thoughts (e.g., "Who am I to dream about, wish for, get paid for ...") while being gentle on yourself if those thoughts do come up
π’ take action - I can't emphasize this enough. No matter how much intuiting you have, without taking aligned actions, bread doesn't get baked
π΅celebrate yourself for small progress and baby steps - that's how you create the momentum. And take it easy on yourself if you fail a few times
π£ finally, breath - staying connected to your body is essential. It keeps you grounded and in the now.
In-between states of the up-level in your life and work could be fun:
- thinking in a new way
- stepping into a new identity
- thinking differently/clearer/with confidence
- owning it (your skills and talents) rather than seeking external approval.
You can do it!
You know what's on the other side of the unknown? and uplevel?
Things that you actually want for yourself! At the very deep level - who you wish to BE in this lifetime.
