We Have a Horse 🐎

We have a horse, 6 chickens, a goat (!!!), 2 cats, a turtle, a fish, and ... I think that's it :)
When I met Steven, he told me that one of his dreams was to be a farmer. To which, my answer was "Do you have any freaking idea how much work that is?!!!"
He said he would automate everything (ha, an engineer talking )
So, for 2 weeks this month, we actually have a horse - Steven's favorite animal, along with other pets.
And things aren't automated LOL
We are in California!
I love having a diversity of experiences. It takes me out of the box, shifts my brain, changes the routine, breaks expectations, brings new perspectives, and makes me grow! Makes everyone in our family grow!
Amari gets to know how eggs are produced (not from a supermarket, but from a chicken), and kisses a goat (apparently, it's very affectionate).
I doubt I will ever be a farmer in this lifetime - at least, professionally. But you got to give it a try - for 2 weeks at least :)
