Do It For Yourself 💟

boundaries event forgiveness Apr 08, 2025

Not sure about you, but, for me - last week was intense. I sat with a lot of rage - a rather intense experience.

Interestingly, there were not many stories going through my mind. I almost wished that was an explanation: a strange experience of feeling rage while the mind is calm. I let myself alchemize the feelings by being present, releasing resistance or shame about them, and also asking for help and a hug.

One of the practices I do is a forgiveness practice. It's almost a daily thing unless I forget (1-2 minutes at the end of the day).

I do it for myself - to clear out my system out of negativity. I simply don't want that energy in my field - mental or physical. Because I know that if I don't forgive a person or a situation, I start to attract or create some form of a Dis-Ease.

I do it for me and my well-being.

This month I am hosting an in-person community event on FORGIVENESS to share this powerful and potent practice with you all. It has the capacity to transform lives.

Join me on April 19th (2 pm to 4:45 pm EST), if you are local to the area or wish to travel to Boston.

I've seen the faces of people who go through the forgiveness work, it's like the weight of worry and stress is being lifted off their chest and they literally become hundreds of pounds lighter and younger.

Now, don't confuse forgiveness with:

- lack of boundaries

- people pleasing or
- inviting toxic people back into your life.

That's self-harm, and we are not into that. What I am talking about is an energetic release. Sometimes, it mends the situation on its own and miraculously transforms it. And sometimes, forgiveness means being at peace with someone at a distance.

Join me on April 19th in person.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE THIS WEEK. Use code CODE10OFF at check-out for $10 off (until April 11).
