A Day of Clean Up in Puerto Rico ♡🥥♡

Good and sunny vibes to you from Puerto Rico!!! It's been a blessing to be here in the last 2 weeks.
I'll share with you a story from last week. The area where we are staying is beautiful. There was also lots of garbage on sidewalks. So I told my son, "Let's go and clean up!"
So we got plastic trash bags, and gloves, and set out on our adventure.
But this is what was happening in my head right before it: "I have a jacuzzi right here, and I kind of feel lazy, it's hot, we can just relax here and do nothing. Nothing is expected anyways."
The next trail of thoughts was, "I can't teach my son that Earth is important if it's just lip service. I have to do something."
So, I got off my ass & off we went. Gathered 5+ bags of garbage, and then rewarded ourselves with cool coconuts!
I used to think of courage as big actions - you know when somebody fights in a war-type-of-thing. But I'm changing my mind to think of courage as a daily choice - WHEN WE CHOOSE OUR HIGHER SELF!
There are always MICRO-CHOICES we make between complacency and expanding into our potential.
I don't necessarily see myself as a hero - it's the least I could do for the Earth at this time, and I wish I could do more.
As a reminder, these are qualities of your Higher Self that you can choose daily and momentary:

- Being solution-oriented
- Confidence
- Being organized
- Simplicity
- Resourcefulness

- Discernment
- Playfulness
- Intuition

- Leadership
- Taking actions
- Abundance
- Love etc
This is not an exhaustive list. But you can take a look at it and see where you can allow yourself to lean more into it daily. These qualities are like muscles that you train by going to the gym of life.
