I've long anticipated offering this unique experience. It's my favorite way to facilitate healing and transformation: through FUN! I remember enjoying a similar adventure with a friend a few years back and have since embarked on many such journeys myself.

For this holiday season, I am excited to guide you on a healing and transformative adventure! Before we begin, I will engage in a conversation with you, asking questions about your current life focus, your biggest challenges, and what you aim to achieve with an intention for the New Year.

I will then customize this adventure to meet your specific needs, allowing you to undergo a transformation effortlessly. This experience is designed to gently soften your ego and resistance, opening you up to receiving and trusting more.

During our time together, expect a mix of food, surprises, little gifts, engaging conversations, spontaneous decisions, deep trust, abundant compassion, gentleness, intuitive insights, and, of course, plenty of fun!!!

Past Life Regression

(90 min, in person)

This modality aims to help you clarify your life's purpose and uncover unresolved lessons, limiting beliefs, and past life agreements. It is applicable to both your personal and professional life. The past life that emerges is connected to your present, with the goal of gaining a deep understanding of your current life's journey and purpose. This experience offers a new perspective, providing a deeper comprehension of your life's path while highlighting outdated thoughts, patterns, attachments, and habits that no longer serve you. This enables you to release these and transform. The insights gained from the session can be integrated into your practice to foster greater alignment, satisfaction, and clarity moving forward.

Spiritual Channeling for the Year

 During this spiritual channeling session, you will receive messages from your spirit guides, master teachers, and loved ones who have passed, regarding the highest path for you in the New Year. At the end of the session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions. This is not a prediction of the future, as you co-create your future every day with your thoughts, energy, choices, and actions. Instead, it's a glimpse into your highest potential and what is possible for you if you release fears and limiting beliefs, and align with your purpose, love, and joy. The session aims to deepen your trust in yourself and the Universe, helping you manifest your aspirations for the year ahead. I will offer suggestions for consistent daily practice to advance your goals. This session opens up possibilities for what you can achieve in your life when you delve deeper into loving and accepting yourself and your life path.

Intention + Goal Setting for the New Year

I will provide you with a workbook designed to help you clarify, prioritize, and envision different areas of your life, and create intuitive and practical goals for the New Year. This workbook covers a range of areas, including work and money, mental and physical health, romantic relationships, friendships, community, creativity, purpose, fun, leisure, sexuality, self-care, societal contribution, big dreams, and the miracles you hope to experience.

This process offers a comprehensive review of your life. While it may seem daunting, I will assist you in making it simple, manageable, streamlined, actionable, and attainable.

I will teach you specific skills and practices that you can integrate into your daily routine to help you stay on track, remain purposeful, and make continuous progress.

We will meet three times to ensure your clarity and understanding of how to proceed moving forward.

During this healing session, I will inquire about your focus, goals, and the challenges you are currently facing. Following this, I will channel higher energies of love, light, and healing into your body, mind, and each energetic chakra/energy center to restore balance and health. This journey involves a deep release of old beliefs, patterns, and energies, enabling you to let go and open yourself to new possibilities for the year. Toward the end of the session, I will facilitate your reception of spiritual messages to enhance your clarity about life. I will also share spiritual messages with you, if appropriate, and if you are receptive to them. The overarching goal is to foster restoration, empowerment, balance, inner alignment, joy, and openness to life and your path.
